This website is operated by uniqueutopia / as.1ov1.
- as.1ov1 creates one-of-one pieces - each item is completely different.
- uniqueutopia produces designs in limited runs, where multiple garments of the same style are made, but still in small batches.

Together, both brands are run under the same platform. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to uniqueutopia / as.1ov1.

Products & Sizing
- We aim to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible. However, colours, textures, and details may vary slightly due to the handmade or upcycled nature of our items.
- Sizing guides are provided, but fit may vary between styles.

Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
- Prices are displayed in the currency you select when browsing the store. Final charges at checkout will match that selection.
- Payments are handled securely through Shopify using the methods shown at checkout.
- Please note: if your payment method operates in a different currency, your bank or card provider may charge a conversion fee.
