as.1ov1 makes one-of-one pieces and uniqueutopia produces only limited runs, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the courier cost of return.

No liability can be accepted for any lost or missing items due to incorrect delivery address information being provided at the time of order.

As each piece is carefully hand-checked and packaged by our team, the chance of receiving a damaged item is extremely unlikely. However, in the rare case that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at uniqueutopia0@gmail.com, with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund if necessary.
